We currently deliver nationwide across Ghana.

Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on your location and the size of the product ordered.


Delivery Time

  • Accra deliveries: Usually within 1–3 business days
  • Outside Accra: Usually within 3–7 business days

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or product availability.


Delivery Address Accuracy

To help us deliver your order quickly and accurately, please provide the most precise delivery information possible during checkout.

We recommend including:

  • House number or digital address (where available)
  • Street name and area
  • Nearby landmarks
  • Apartment, flat, or office number (if applicable)
  • A valid phone number that can be reached on the day of delivery

Providing clear and accurate delivery information helps prevent delays, failed deliveries, and additional delivery charges.

For locations that may be difficult to find, customers are encouraged to provide detailed directions in the Order Notes section during checkout.

Delivery Fees & Delivery Charge Calculation 

Delivery charges are determined after an order is placed and are based on factors including:

• Delivery location
• Product size and weight
• Quantity ordered
• Accessibility of the delivery destination

Delivery charges are not included in the order total displayed during checkout.

Customers will be contacted after order review with the applicable delivery charge before dispatch.

Failed Deliveries

Please make sure you are reachable by phone on the day of delivery.

If our delivery team is unable to reach you or complete delivery due to incorrect information provided during checkout, additional delivery charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist you promptly.
